　　The last English cla,the most exciting cla,cause we had a cla with a native English the beginning of the cla ,our new English teacher who called David,gave a brief introduction of as nationality、hometown 、age... was astonished,because the English he said was so fluent and the pronunciation was so told us that the main purpose of this cla was to practice your spoken English .David listed an example,supposed that you are walking along a street and you met you friend on occasion ,of course,in most situation you will speak to him or her ,you will not likely to catch a pen and some paper to write to each 's more, He emphasized the importance of spoken English and told us to be he let us to talk about ourselves.

　　However, almost everybody in the cla became very nervous,the claroom immediately turned to be very a girl stood up and asked a question and broke the then,the cla became more and more students shared the experience with David while others asked David all kinds of minutes paed, our first cla was over.

　　During the break time,a group of foreigners came to our claroom ,what made me very excited ,cause I had nerve seen so many had a nice talking with were absorbed in the talk that we even unware the cla is over. After cla ,we had a nice meal with Kyle Rees, who I was newly knew talked a lot ,he told us a story about the origin of the the talking I found lots of , my , the amount of , the have to refer to dictionary many times When we were talking,which makes us very we had a photo with kyle Rees and he also told us his e-mail addre, because we had a course ,so we said goodbye to Kyle Rees and run to the cla I realize my weakne of learning English, especially in also learn that the final aim of learning English is to speak with others, communicate with others ,so we need to practice our English to be make our English easily understand, we need to learn short, we need to speak should not learn English just by text book, we need to learn English by all sorts of example, we can listen voice of American,reading English newspapers, English books...... I say that the best way to learn English is speak bravely, when you talk with others, you can find a lot of shortcomings ,Just like me, so just speak,speak your English boldly,I promise there were no one will laugh at you .I think if we learn English like that, we will learn much easier.

　　外教課學(xué)習(xí)心得

　　我們班級(jí)的外教老師她剛到中國，只有24歲很年輕，教學(xué)比我想象的有條理，上課節(jié)奏明快，一環(huán)緊扣一環(huán)，由淺入深，層層深入，學(xué)生們能夠在英語環(huán)境中學(xué)到真正的英語。 通過聽外教老師的課，我學(xué)到了以下教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)：

1.重難點(diǎn)突出。本節(jié)課重點(diǎn)練習(xí)本課所學(xué)重要對(duì)話，外教老師主要用了以下步驟突出了本節(jié)課的重點(diǎn)教學(xué)內(nèi)容。

　　先是通過看圖說話引導(dǎo)學(xué)生通過圖文回答問題。并認(rèn)讀重點(diǎn)詞組和句型。

　　然后逐句呈現(xiàn)看圖說話中的重點(diǎn)句子讓學(xué)生認(rèn)讀，從一句話認(rèn)讀到全部幾句話一起認(rèn)讀，難度逐漸加大。

　　緊接在游戲中著用連詞成句的方法對(duì)所學(xué)全部句子進(jìn)行強(qiáng)化鞏固練習(xí)。

　　最后再次回到圖片，讓學(xué)生看圖回答問題。難度進(jìn)一步加大，這一次沒有文字提示，只有圖片提示，讓學(xué)生用記憶中所學(xué)過的句子看圖說話。從而達(dá)到用中學(xué)的目的。同時(shí)，待全部回答完畢后，又再次展示本課重點(diǎn)句子，讓學(xué)生再次認(rèn)讀。

2.環(huán)節(jié)之間過渡語干脆利索，不拖泥帶水。而且課前熱身導(dǎo)入簡潔明了。加上每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)之間的過渡用大屏幕展示，學(xué)生很快理解將要進(jìn)行的環(huán)節(jié)是什么。

3.利用生生互動(dòng)來合作學(xué)習(xí)。如在對(duì)話練習(xí)中，采用接力問答形式，提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)注意力，讓每一個(gè)學(xué)生都積極投入到問答活動(dòng)中來。

　　在句子認(rèn)讀活動(dòng)中，讓學(xué)生自己點(diǎn)名認(rèn)讀句子，也是一種值得學(xué)習(xí)的生生互動(dòng)的方式。 4.課前熱身導(dǎo)入環(huán)節(jié)不拖泥帶水

5.教師流暢的口語使自己一節(jié)課都處在在英語環(huán)境中，對(duì)自身的英語聽力和語感都很有幫助。

　　通過聽課，我們能更進(jìn)一步開闊了自己的視野，也更加意識(shí)到學(xué)生合作學(xué)習(xí)的重要性。

　　很榮幸能夠加入到外教課學(xué)習(xí)的隊(duì)伍中，雖然只聽了短短的兩節(jié)課，但真的收獲了很多東西，聽課過程中更多的是意識(shí)到了自己的不足。

　　第一， 我意識(shí)到了自己專業(yè)知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備的不足。

　　外教說的很多英語內(nèi)容詞匯我都聽不明白，聽明白的也是半知半解，此刻我深刻意識(shí)到了自己單詞量太少以及對(duì)西方文化的了解太少。

　　第二， 我意識(shí)到了自己的語音語貌不夠好。

　　平日英語發(fā)音都靠嘴出的聲音，因此語音并不純正，而外教發(fā)音卻是靠氣支撐，再加上他完美的肢體語言，整個(gè)英語課堂其樂融融，互動(dòng)頻頻，讓我們不知不覺中陶醉在這節(jié)課中。

　　第三， 我意識(shí)到自己教法的不足。

　　平日上課中我講得太多，灌的太多，沒有給孩子獨(dú)立思考的空間。課堂中我應(yīng)該去嘗試著做一名引導(dǎo)者，而不是主宰者。我應(yīng)該多為學(xué)生創(chuàng)造情景，激發(fā)他們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，讓他們積極參與到課堂中，獨(dú)立思考，積極發(fā)言，要把課堂還給學(xué)生。

　　第四， 我意識(shí)到自己教育上沒有充分尊重孩子的個(gè)性。應(yīng)該尊重他們的個(gè)人喜好。

　　這節(jié)課我意識(shí)了這些問題，當(dāng)然需要改進(jìn)的地方還有很多，在以后的學(xué)習(xí)中，還需要不斷提升覺悟
