You can also tell a lot about a person by the type of clothes they wear when at home. Are they wearing old, comfortable sweatpants, or tight fashionable jeans? Those who are more tightly wound and care a lot about fashion may be well-dressed all the time, while those who are more laid-back and casual will take the chance to wear more relaxed dress. My best friend Karen, for example, is the type of person who wears casual-but good-looking-clothing everywhere she goes. She will often wear the same clothes to work as what she wears at home. That's okay because she works at a kindergarten, and she has to be comfortable playing with kids all day. Just by looking at her clothing, you can tell that she's a down-to-earth and a warm person.
Admittedly, you cannot judge a person by their clothing alone. 。近年來中學生因與同學間人際關系處理不當，而導致本不該發(fā)生的悲劇頻頻出現(xiàn)。如：某中學一學生與同班同學經(jīng)常為一些小事發(fā)生爭吵，兩人關系緊張，矛盾重重，終于有一天，其中一位學生帶刀將另一學生活活戳死；再有，某中學一高高中生臨近高考，面對高考及父母的壓力，精神崩潰，為尋求解脫的辦法，其結果是將他親生母親殺死在家中。另外，從武漢市精神衛(wèi)生中心“百憂解”熱線傳來消息，青少年因不善處理人際關系而引發(fā)的心理問題，成為近期咨詢的熱點。咨詢員反映，近一段時間，試婚、第三者插足、婚外戀的話題少了，關于青少年人際交往問題的電話逐漸增多，幾乎每天都有。咨詢者包括高中生、大學生和參加工作一兩年的年輕人，年齡約為17歲至25歲。交談中可以感覺到：他們對社會、對所處環(huán)境充滿敵意，抱怨人與人之間太虛偽、互相欺騙，很難與同學同事溝通，對生活感到厭倦、絕望等等。而悲劇的發(fā)生就在于他們不能正確處理同學間的人際交往，與父母間的情感溝通。2、調(diào)查的結果
心理的閉鎖性少年期開始出現(xiàn)到高中階段，隨著自我意識的增強，再加上過去生活中的經(jīng)驗和教訓，使其發(fā)現(xiàn)“逢人不可再全拋一片心”，加上自尊心、文飾、內(nèi)隱的需要及各種顧慮，使其嘴上相繼都加上了一把“鎖”。有許多問題被作為個人的內(nèi)心秘密隱藏起來，給自己蒙上了一層薄薄的面紗。特別在非同齡的人群中，尤其是對父母、老師等成人保持心理閉鎖。但另一方面，這時期他們客觀上又存在有強烈的歸屬的心理需求及與人交往的愿望，希望廣交知心朋友。但相互的閉鎖，尤其是異性間相互的閉鎖，更加使其產(chǎn)生特殊的好奇心和神秘感。心中的苦悶很想找人傾訴、討教，于是常處于左右兩難的`矛盾之中。閉鎖性既是適應現(xiàn)實社會的需要，是適應力提高的表現(xiàn)，但也加大了對他們了解及把握的難度。使其不敢與人傾心相交而感孤獨，于是大都述說于鎖于抽屜的日記之中，致使有些老師變得困惑不解，倍感學生變了，不信任自己了。
在學校教育教學工作中我發(fā)現(xiàn)，對高中生人際關系優(yōu)化策略的指導幾乎很少涉及。高中生在接受系統(tǒng)的學校教育過程中，同樣不可避免的要與他人發(fā)生人際交往，但是，在當前高級中學的教育教學工作中，處于首要地位的是對學生進行科學知識與知識技能及思想品德的教育。而對學生人際關系方面的指導則往往被忽視，而棄之一旁。這樣，不能進行正常交往的學生則往往就會處于被孤立與嫌棄的地位，輕者，導致產(chǎn)生自卑心理，情緒低落，重者，產(chǎn)生嚴重畸變心理和人際交往障礙。家庭教育中，對孩子的人際交往指導涉及很少。目前，社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展帶來了很多的負面影響，加上獨生子女的增多，家庭教育中父母一方面對子女溺愛，過于放縱，另一方面對子女期望過高，望子成龍，望女成鳳，導致學生各種不正常心理行為增多。他們?nèi)涡浴⒕髲?、刁蠻、目中無人，不善處理人際關系，同學間、師生間、親了間關系緊張。
在積極推進基礎教育課程的今天，我們不得不反思我們一貫的教育理念、教育機制在新時期的新需要下需要怎樣與時俱進，才能適應現(xiàn)代社會需要集順應人性的發(fā)展。

針對當前大學生中普遍存在的人際交往與人際需要的矛盾，筆者認為可以采取一些措施或方法來緩解或解除這些問題，從而使大學生學會客觀地看待自己，培養(yǎng)和增進接納自己的意識，懂得完善自己是建立良好人際關系的基礎，從而完善自己的大學生活。歸納起來，要建立良好的`人際關系，主要有以下方法策略：
一)謙虛謹慎，擺正位置。
要做到這一點的關鍵是正確認識自己的過去，忘記過去的輝煌或陰影，把大學生活作為一個新的起點，平靜地看待周圍的人和事，保持一種平和而理智的心態(tài)，謙虛待人。
二)平等相待，真誠相處。
大學生的性格特點決定了其人際交往的基礎只能是人格平等，以誠相待。大學生之間存在差別，但他們在交往中卻都刻意追求平等，強者不愿被迎合，弱者不愿被鄙視。因此，在學習生活工作特別是困難面前，互幫互助?！吧拼螅^于誠”，熱誠的贊許與誠懇的批評，都能使彼此間愿意了解、信任、傾訴、交心。
三)主動開放。
每個人所隱藏的內(nèi)心世界，正是別人希望發(fā)現(xiàn)的奧秘，一般來說只有暴露了自己的內(nèi)心，才能走進別人的心里。當你對別人作出一個友好的行動，表示支持或接納他時，他的心理就會產(chǎn)生一種壓力，為保持自己的心理平衡，他便會對你報以相應的友好行為。善于與人交談和一起娛樂，能恰當分配時間與人交往、參加集體活動，往往會取得思想上的溝通、感情上的融洽。
四)心理互換與相容。
生活中常常由于種種原因而導致不能很好的理解別人。但當你站在別人的位置看問題時，就會了解別人的所言所行，獲得許多從未有過的理解，便會覺得心理上的距離縮短了。另一方面，每個人都有保留自己意見和按照自己意愿去生活的權利，彼此只能用自己的思想去影響別人，而不可能強制改變別人。如果時時處處尊重和理解別人的選擇，不過高要求別人，就可以減少誤解，有豁達心胸，從而達到心理相容。
