崗位職責:
1、按照管家的安排認真做好客房內桌椅、床鋪、洗手間及過道衛(wèi)生,并將出現問題的房間和設備知
會前臺做好記錄等待維修;
2、認真檢查退房后的消費品,并及時知會前臺做好入賬工作;
3、配備好各種用品,確保正常營業(yè)使用。
4、對待賓客應主動、熱情、禮貌、耐心、周到,使顧客有賓至如歸之感;
5、運用禮貌語言,為客人提供最佳服務,6、善于向顧客介紹和推銷客棧內的餐飲及特色菜點和其它服務項目;
5、配合管家工作,服從管家工作安排,團結及善于幫助同事工作;
6、積極參加培訓,不斷提高服務技能。
任職資格:
1、年齡18-45歲,身體健康,女性身高1、58m以上、男性身高1、70以上;
