一、英文簡(jiǎn)歷的種類
1、中式英文簡(jiǎn)歷
中式簡(jiǎn)歷中，常常包括政治面貌、性格及身高體重等信息。如果中英文簡(jiǎn)歷一起遞交，建議中文簡(jiǎn)歷中不寫政治面貌。因?yàn)槿绻ネ馄蠊ぷ鳎尘爸械恼紊试缴僭胶?，起碼沒(méi)有必要讓老外知道。性格是主觀的東西，有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的招聘人員從來(lái)不相信任何人寫自己的性格，因?yàn)樗皇怯残缘臇|西，不象學(xué)歷、技能。有些人如果認(rèn)為公司要招聘一個(gè)比較活躍一點(diǎn)的，便會(huì)在簡(jiǎn)歷中寫性格開朗。有的是真的相信自己性格開朗，有的是覺得寫上更好，其實(shí)沒(méi)必要。
2、港式英文簡(jiǎn)歷
香港出版的簡(jiǎn)歷書寫技巧書籍中都要求年齡、婚否、報(bào)紙的招聘廣告中還要求求職者寫上工資現(xiàn)狀及預(yù)期工資，這些都屬于隱私問(wèn)題，美式簡(jiǎn)歷則不要求提供這些信息。
3、英式英文簡(jiǎn)歷
很接近港式，但個(gè)人資料沒(méi)有港式說(shuō)得那么多，篇幅長(zhǎng)但不詳細(xì)，我們這里不做過(guò)多評(píng)論。
4、美式英文簡(jiǎn)歷
國(guó)際大公司中比較流行的是美式簡(jiǎn)歷，是我們重點(diǎn)參考的樣式，美式簡(jiǎn)歷往往只有一張紙，書寫格式卻也不十幾種，有些書籍甚至登載了上面種樣本，我們這里只介紹美國(guó)大公司中最流行的一種，如華爾街的投資銀行、國(guó)際咨詢公司、工業(yè)公司、制造業(yè)公司、營(yíng)銷業(yè)公司等都采用這種式樣，同時(shí)，我們也參考了三個(gè)名牌學(xué)樣：哈佛商學(xué)院、沃頓商學(xué)院和哥倫比亞商學(xué)院的簡(jiǎn)歷樣本，式樣大同小異，主要以哈佛商學(xué)院的為主。
二、簡(jiǎn)歷要領(lǐng)
1、招聘人員怎樣鑒別簡(jiǎn)歷？
好簡(jiǎn)歷當(dāng)然會(huì)被保留，如果背景又恰好是公司急需的，可能馬上就會(huì)約見求職者，不好的簡(jiǎn)歷就會(huì)被扔掉，事實(shí)上，不好的簡(jiǎn)歷就會(huì)被扔掉，事實(shí)上，連看都不看，任何一個(gè)知名的`大公司，每天都有成百上千人遞簡(jiǎn)歷。如果寫得太差，根本就不值得保留，因?yàn)檫@些公司認(rèn)為，一個(gè)人連自己的簡(jiǎn)歷都寫不好，將來(lái)進(jìn)了公司，對(duì)行文質(zhì)量不夠；對(duì)內(nèi)說(shuō)件事情也不清楚，公司不需要這樣的人，大家經(jīng)常說(shuō)大公司的人訓(xùn)練有素，實(shí)際上這也是其中一方面，即使不進(jìn)大公司，簡(jiǎn)歷寫得不好，也會(huì)顯得不懂基本格式，沒(méi)有智慧。

第二，說(shuō)明你對(duì)行文格式，專業(yè)寫作形象還不熟悉。美國(guó)很多職位很高的大老板，在看下屬寫東西時(shí)，一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)小錯(cuò)，哪怕只是換了一種字體，漏了一個(gè)逗號(hào)，多了一個(gè)空格都能及時(shí)指出來(lái)。說(shuō)明他們眼很尖速度很快。另外，寫的內(nèi)容千萬(wàn)不要多，而且要控制在一頁(yè)紙內(nèi)。
3、簡(jiǎn)歷中的任何字句，都有可能成為面試中的話題。
