　　說話要清楚，不要說的太急。感到緊張是很自然的，但是要試著讓自己慢慢放松。如果你說的太急，面試者將會很難聽懂你的意思。一旦你感覺到很緊張，而且在說某些話時(shí)無法繼續(xù)下去，最好停下來，深深的吸一口氣，然后說：“對不起，請讓我再來一次?！睕]有人會因?yàn)檫@些細(xì)微的緊張就給你下定論。不過你千萬不要讓緊張的情緒控制住了自己。

　　技巧 4 ： 答案

　　認(rèn)真的聽你被問到的問題。注意面試者的用詞，他（她）所說的大部分都是專業(yè)術(shù)語嗎？要讓你的答案顯示你對那些專業(yè)術(shù)語是如此的熟悉--但同時(shí)也要讓他（她）知道你可以跟普通人交流。不要讓你的回答局限于行話之中--要讓面試者可以評價(jià)你和普通人交流專業(yè)知識的能力。不必?fù)?dān)心在回答一個(gè)問題之前你需要花一點(diǎn)時(shí)間去思考。不過不管怎樣，因?yàn)槊嬖囌卟荒軌蚩匆娔悖阅阈枰o他（她）一些口頭的暗示，比如：“我希望能夠給你一個(gè)完整的答案，請給我一點(diǎn)時(shí)間來整理一下我所想到的?！?/p>

　　技巧 5 ：感謝

　　千萬不能忘記，在面試的結(jié)束的時(shí)候要記得感謝面試者占用了他（她）的時(shí)間，而且你還要保證面試者有你正確的電話號碼，以便在接下來的幾個(gè)星期里他（她）能找到你（如果你已經(jīng)打算去旅游或者要出遠(yuǎn)門，把日期延遲是相當(dāng)重要的）。

　　面試結(jié)束后

　　立即掛上電話，寫一份關(guān)于面試的簡短的感謝信，如果你發(fā)電子郵件的話必須在一個(gè)小時(shí)內(nèi)發(fā)出，如果是發(fā)普通信件的話在這一天之內(nèi)就可以了。

　　在你的感謝信里面，重申你對占用了面試者的時(shí)間的感激以及給一些其它的問題的答復(fù)是很重要的。如果你發(fā)現(xiàn)在面試的時(shí)候你有一個(gè)很重要的經(jīng)歷沒有被提到，那么這封感謝信將是補(bǔ)充這些附加信息的最好的地方。一旦郵件發(fā)出了，你就把大致可以得到反饋信息的時(shí)間在電子郵件日歷或者桌子的日歷上做一個(gè)記號。留意一下，如果在這之后的一個(gè)星期內(nèi)還沒有得到任何答復(fù)，也不要以為事情已經(jīng)到了最糟糕的地步。你要知道這可能是因?yàn)槟愕臅r(shí)間表訂的太緊了；也有可能是你的面試者現(xiàn)在正忙得不可開交。去打個(gè)電話但是不要說太多的話。如果仍然沒有音訊的話，下一個(gè)電話就需要詢問關(guān)于進(jìn)行面對面面試的人選是否已經(jīng)決定或者你什么時(shí)候可以得到答復(fù)。如果你能夠得到一個(gè)預(yù)約見面的日期，這證明你就是最好的。

　　電話面試在找工作時(shí)可能是一種威脅--特別是對于那些沒有經(jīng)歷過電話面試的管理者或者第一次找工作的人。但是如果你的準(zhǔn)備足夠充分，你將會堅(jiān)信自己的能力并且能夠通過電話線讓別人看到你的才干。
