　　I am a senior engineer and the head of Transmission Business Department of Great Dragon Telecommunications Group. As the instructor of him in his graduation fieldwork, I am very glad to write this letter in support of Mr. Gregory Tang‘s application for studying in your university.

　　I got to know Mr. Tang in 1998 when I was the head of a research and development team on SDH optical telecommunications transmitting system, a part of the State 863 Program. He was recommended to me as a top student of Peking Post and Telecommunications University. After strict examinations, I accept him as a member of our team. Although Mr. Tang worked with us for only one year, his research ability, diligence, and team spirit really impressed all of us.

　　Mr. Tang has strong independent research and exploit ability. When working in our team, he was responsible for the research task of mapping four 34Mb/s signals into a STM-1. He creatively solved the problem of De-mapping and jitter restriction of PDH signals in SDH system. This research raised the transport efficiency of 34Mb/s signals by 33% so as to meet users‘ higher demand. This technology successfully passed the test of the Information Industry Ministry and was applied to the broadcasting and TV transmission experimental network of HuNan Province later.

　　Mr. Tang is proficient in English. He can communicate with foreign specialists in English, which is rare among Chinese young people. I think language will not be an obstacle for his study and life abroad.

　　Telecommunications industry is a rising industry in China. Chinese government is giving full support to its development. I support Mr. Tang‘s decision, and hope that he will come back to make more contribution to our motherland after he finishes his program abroad. 　　xx年已經(jīng)過去，在這一年里，xx大酒店在xx公司和xx公司的共同經(jīng)營下有了較大的變化，兩家股東投入大量的資金對酒店部分設(shè)備設(shè)施進行了更新和改造，荒廢多年的三樓經(jīng)過裝修營業(yè)，彌補了酒店娛樂項目的空缺，使酒店的服務(wù)項目更加完善，針對客房異味的問題，通過打開窗戶通風得到了根本的解決，同時對客房舊電視進行了更新，所有的這些給酒店帶來了生機和希望。

　　酒店設(shè)備的更新、服務(wù)項目的完善、員工服務(wù)水準的進一步提高，使xx大酒店在xx年的星評復(fù)核中取得有史以來的最好成績第二名，使xx大酒店在酒店業(yè)有了較高的聲譽。所有的這些都是店級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的有效管理和酒店各部門員工的努力是分不開的。所以酒店較注重員工的精神文明建設(shè)，給員工創(chuàng)造了良好的生活空間，將酒店的洗衣房改造成一個寬敞的員工餐廳和員工活動的兩用室，并添置了桌球、乒乓球桌等娛樂項目，并多次開展各項比賽，即增強了員工的體質(zhì)又豐富了員工的業(yè)余生活，酒店還將太陽能熱水安裝到了員工宿舍，解決了員工冬天洗澡的問題。所有的這些員工只能通過認真工作來回報酒店。今年來前廳部在人員不斷更換的情況下，所有的員工仍然能夠克服困難、團結(jié)進取，圓滿的完成酒店交給的各項接待任務(wù)，全年共接待了VIP團四個，會議無數(shù)次，在整個接待過程中受到客人的好評，一年來前廳部做好了以下幾項工作：

一、加強業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)，提高員工素質(zhì)

　　前廳部作為酒店的門面，每個員工都要直接的面對客人，員工的工作態(tài)度和服務(wù)質(zhì)量反映出一個酒店的服務(wù)水準和管理水平，因此對員工的培訓(xùn)是我們的工作重點，今年來針對五個分部制定了詳細的培訓(xùn)計劃：針對總機，我們進行接聽電話語言技巧培訓(xùn);針對行李處的行李運送和寄存服務(wù)進行培訓(xùn);接待員的禮節(jié)禮貌和售房技巧培訓(xùn);特別是今年七月份對前廳部所有員工進行了長達一個月的外語培訓(xùn)，為今年的星評復(fù)核打下一定的基礎(chǔ)，只有通過培訓(xùn)才能讓員工在業(yè)務(wù)知識和服務(wù)技能上有進一步的提高，才能更好的為客人提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)。

二、給員工灌輸“開源節(jié)流、增收節(jié)支”意識，控制好成本

“開源節(jié)流、增收節(jié)支”是每個企業(yè)不矢的追求，前廳部員工積極響應(yīng)酒店的號召，開展節(jié)約、節(jié)支活動，控制好成本。為節(jié)約費用，前廳部自己購買塑料籃子來裝團隊的鑰匙，減少了鑰匙袋和房卡的使用量，給酒店節(jié)約了費用(原來不管是團隊還是散客，每間房間都必須填寫房卡和使用鑰匙袋，通過團隊房不使用房卡和鑰匙袋后，大大節(jié)省了費用，房卡.18元/張，鑰匙袋.1元/個，每天團隊房都1間以上，一年可節(jié)約一筆較大的費用);商務(wù)中心用過期報表來打印草稿紙;督促住宿的員工節(jié)約用水電;控制好辦公用品，用好每一張紙、每一支筆。通過這些控制，為酒店創(chuàng)收做出前廳部應(yīng)有的貢獻。

三、加強員工的銷售意識和銷售技巧，提高入住率

　　前廳部根據(jù)市場情況，積極地推進散客房銷售，今年來酒店推出了一系列的客房促銷方案如：球迷房、積分卡、代金券、千元卡等促銷活動，接待員在酒店優(yōu)惠政策的同時根據(jù)市場行情和當日的入住情況靈活掌握房價，前臺的散客有了明顯的增加，入住率有所提高，強調(diào)接待員：“只要到前臺的客人，我們都要想盡辦法讓客人住下來”的宗旨，爭取更多的入住率。

四、注重各部門之間的`協(xié)調(diào)工作

　　酒店就像一個大家庭，部門與部門之間在工作中難免會發(fā)生磨擦，協(xié)調(diào)的好壞在工作中將受到極大的影響。前廳部是整個酒店的中樞部門，它同餐飲、銷售、客房等部門都有著緊密的工作關(guān)系，如出現(xiàn)問題，我們都能主動地和該部門進行協(xié)調(diào)解決，避免事情的惡化，因為大家的共同目的都是為了酒店，不解決和處理好將對酒店帶來一定的負面影響。

　　根據(jù)酒店給營業(yè)部門制定了新的銷售指標和任務(wù)，xx年對前廳部來說是一個重要年，為能配合銷售部完成任務(wù)，特制定出xx工作計劃：

　　1、繼續(xù)加強培訓(xùn)，提高員工的綜合素質(zhì)，提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量;

　　2、穩(wěn)定員工隊伍，減少員工的流動性;

　　3、“硬件”老化“軟件”補，通過提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量來彌補設(shè)備老化的不足;

　　4、提高前臺員工的售房技巧，增加散客的入住率，力爭完成酒店下達的銷售任務(wù)。

　　新的一年已開始，前廳部全體員工將以新的精神面貌和實際行動向賓客提供最優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)，貫徹“賓客至上，服務(wù)第一”的宗旨。
