　　一、國(guó)內(nèi)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)和工作，接觸和了解本學(xué)科的學(xué)術(shù)前沿動(dòng)態(tài)，加深基礎(chǔ)理論，拓寬知識(shí)面，提高學(xué)術(shù)水平，為回原單位后發(fā)揮學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人或?qū)W術(shù)骨干的作用打下基礎(chǔ)。

　　二、國(guó)內(nèi)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者必須具備堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)理論和專業(yè)知識(shí)，有較強(qiáng)的獨(dú)立從事教學(xué)和科研工作的能力，并具有一定的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，一般應(yīng)是副教授。
