　　Last year,I went to Ning Xia ,the west of our country.There,I acted as a volunteer and taught students history in junior high school.During that time,I attended some teachers classes to learn from them.After class,I may communicate with the students to get to know what they are thinking and what they really need. Whats more,my colleges were very nice and gave me many valuable advice.
