　　1、牢記你自己的目標

　　個人生涯中涉及主題的主要成就、轉(zhuǎn)折點和大事件必須相應(yīng)地著重突出。分析你的個人簡歷、個人歷史和記憶，將生涯中決定性事件單獨突出。

　　2、個人評價

　　個人陳述的寫作過程是相當激動人心的，因為它提供了一個契機讓你回顧自身。我們所挖掘、所關(guān)注、所寫下的個人歷史中的光輝部分與重大事件讓我們洞察自身的特性、獨特的價值觀、希望、抱負和理想。請記住，你所陳述的想法，以及你的陳述方式，將反映出你是一個積極向上的人，還是易受打擊挫敗之人。

　　3、組織事實

　　既然你已列出你的興趣和過去的工作，仔細閱讀這些事宜，提煉出每個事件、事實的意義。

　　4、選擇形式
