Every one has his own dream.When I was a little kid ,my dream was even to have a candy shop of my own .But now ,when I am 16 years old ,standing here ,my dreams have already changed a lot.
I have got quite different experience from other girls.While they were playing toys at home,while they were dreaming to be the princesses in the story .I was running in the hard rain,jumping in the heavy snow,pitching in the strong wind.Nothing could stop me ,because of a wonderful call from my heart -- to be an athlete.Yeah ,of course ,I'm an athlete,I'm so proud of that all the time .
When I was 10 years old ,I became a shot-put athlete.The training was really hard ,I couldn't bear the heavy shot in my hands .But I always believe that "god only help those who help themselves".During those hard days,I find I was growing more quickly than others of the same age.To be an athlete is my most correct choice.But,I quit my team after entering high school because of a silly excuse.I really didn't want to stop my sports career anyway.
Today I say to you my friends that even though I must face the difficulties of yesterday ,today and tomorrow .I still have a dream .It is a dream deeply rooted in my soul.
I have a dream that one day ,I can run,jump and pitch just like I used to be.
I have a dream that one day , I can go back to my dream sports and join the national team.
I have a dream that one day ,I can stand on the highest place at the olympic games.With all the cameras pointing at me.I will tell everyone that I'm so proud to be a Chinese athlete!
This is my hope .This is the faith that I continue my steps with!!!
With this faith ,I will live though the strong wind and heavy rain ,never give up !
So let victory ring from my heart,from all of you.When we allow victory to ring .I must be the one!

Good morning! Today, the title of my speech is A Lesson from Nature.
Around us , there are plants, animals and many other things. We live in nature, so to keep the balance of nature is very important for us. But today, too many trees are still being cut down in many countries and flood all over the world are getting more and more serious, A lot of land has gone with them. This is a lesson from nature.
When people move into a new place, they often cut down trees or pull out many wild plants to make farmland. They don’t know that trees can stop flood and wind from washing or blowing the earth away, and that many of these wild plants are food for some wild animals. If the animals can’t find enough plants to eat, they will die or have to leave the place.
In one part of the United States, for example, the deer there like to eat a kind of wild flowers. The mountain tigers there eat the deer. But people killed many mountain tigers to protect the deer. soon there were so many deer that the ate up all the wild flowers. Then the deer began to eat the green leaves of the young trees .so the farmers thought of ways to protect their trees, then the deer had nothing to eat and many of them died.
The number of trees, deer, tigers, wild flowers and plants has changed much—less and less. We need to do more to keep the balance of nature.

I’m glad to be here to share with you my definition of success.
When we mentioned the success, the usual worldly criteria are wealth, fame, high social status and something other like that. in reality, we can’t deny t these things in some way. but personally, i believe that succeis the realization of people’ hopes and wishes. and to live with a high ideal is a successful life. it is not what one does, but what one tries to do, that make a man strong. so i believe that succeis ninety-nine percent mental attitude, it calls for lots of positive quality: effort, love, diligence, efficiency and so on. i think the successful life always have these characters. if a person inherits his family’s millions and leads an easy life, he is not a successful person in material terms, it just can be said that he has the smooth way of life, he is lucky in some way, but that is not the succe.unceasing effort is the price of success. no matter what is the result, we always can get more from the process. what we should do is that insisting on our goals or dreams and always encourage
ourselves to challenge more, to hold the opportunities, never give up. it sounds like si-mp-le, but it is really hard to do. also the key points of the success.
relatively speaking, in our daily life, succewould be rather si-mp-le. for me, i’m standing here to take part in the speech competition is somehow also success. as i’m a easy to suffer from stage fright, i choose to hold this chance, my goal is my own character training——to be more confident, to have more courage to front such situation, i really do it, i have truly gained by participating, i’m success.
What is success? i’m sure that everyone has his own interpretation as i do. in the inspiring words of philips brooks:“ do not pray for tasks equal to your powers ,pray for powers equal to your tasks, then the doing of your work shall be no miracle, but you shall be the miracle.” so believe in our hopes ,believe in ourselves. every one can create the success.
