Indifference is a terrible disease in today‘s colleges and the whole society. It‘s not rare that two students who have studied together for 4 years have never spoken to each other. It‘s not rare that a student who has been absent from class for several days is not noticed at all. It‘s also not rare that a student who has severe psychological problems is not cared about at all.
Some people may say ?What the students with psychological problems like Ma JiaJue need is not care but psychotherapy.‖ However, when people are ill, what they need most is not only medical treatment, but also care from people around them. Every smile and every caring word will bring sunshine to their life.
I once heard one of my roommates who was an introverted girl sobbing at mid-night. Being afraid of disturbing her, I sent a te_t message to comfort her. The ne_t day, she told me that she was crying for not being invited to one of her friend‘s birthday party. She thought she was neglected by others. But my message was really comforting which told her someone still cared about her.

He is very proud of her and always wants to show her to his friends. He, too, loved his second wife. She is always patient. When the merchant faces some problems she would always help him out. The merchant's first wife has made great contributions and maintaining his wealth and business as well as taking care of the household. However, the merchant didn't love the first wife although she loved him deeply.
One day, the merchant felt ill. Before long, he knew that he was going to die soon. He asked each of his favorite three wives, "I love you, now I'm dying. Will you follow me and keep me company?"
Now guess who is willing to follow him ?
Well, the truth is that none of these three wives is willing to follow him or keep him company. But you know what, at last, a voice called out. "I'll leave with you, I'll follow you wherever
you go."The man looked up and there was his first wife. He was very surprised and said,“I should have taken much better care of you while I could have!”
Actually, we all have 4wives in our lives. The 4th wife is our body. No matter how much time and effort we lu_uriously making it good, it leaves us when we die. Our 3rd wife is our wealth and possessions. When we die, they all go to others. The 2nd wife is our family and friends.
