　　簡(jiǎn)單復(fù)習(xí)一下，這可正是對(duì)我教的好壞一個(gè)全面的檢驗(yàn)......上課了，我表面上鎮(zhèn)定自如地走上了講臺(tái)。一些常規(guī)的課堂程序之后，我開(kāi)始了課堂復(fù)習(xí)步驟，出乎意料的是學(xué)生們反應(yīng)迅速，對(duì)答如流。說(shuō)真心話，看到這我心里真的感到無(wú)比喜悅。

　　晚上回到家，想起白天上課的情景，我感慨頗多，我想我真正體味到了勞動(dòng)并享受著勞動(dòng)后的成果的愉悅了。當(dāng)然，在物欲橫流的現(xiàn)代社會(huì)，這個(gè)觀念也許會(huì)顯得有些陳舊和俗套，但它卻有著與生俱來(lái)的獨(dú)特的古樸、風(fēng)韻和精華。我們不能將快樂(lè)簡(jiǎn)單地理解為物質(zhì)利益的獲得和某種非精神意味的享受，快樂(lè)與否在于我們自身、我們的付出和我們的感受。由此我想到現(xiàn)在的學(xué)習(xí)，很長(zhǎng)的一段時(shí)間，我都因沒(méi)有進(jìn)入理想的學(xué)府而怨天尤人，失卻快樂(lè)。其實(shí)不斷的學(xué)習(xí)便是一種快樂(lè)，奮進(jìn)著永不放棄，需要不斷體驗(yàn)快樂(lè)來(lái)支撐。不久的將來(lái)，我會(huì)成為一名人民教師，我會(huì)辛勤地工作，用心地去教書育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艱苦中感受到欣慰和快樂(lè)。

　　1為了提高自己的.英語(yǔ)水平，把知識(shí)和實(shí)踐結(jié)合，在朋友的介紹下，我來(lái)到了龍海學(xué)友教育補(bǔ)習(xí)機(jī)構(gòu)，開(kāi)始了我的執(zhí)教之路。該學(xué)校是經(jīng)教育行政主管機(jī)關(guān)批準(zhǔn)成立的專業(yè)中學(xué)學(xué)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)，我的實(shí)習(xí)地點(diǎn)是福建漳州龍海市，這里是風(fēng)景秀美的旅游區(qū)，這里有我的汗水和歡樂(lè)。我的實(shí)踐內(nèi)容是教培訓(xùn)班的學(xué)生英語(yǔ)課程。由于教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)很淺，對(duì)于教學(xué)活動(dòng)的程序和要求都不熟悉了，我對(duì)于教學(xué)工作不敢怠慢，認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)，深入研究教法，虛心向?qū)W校里有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的老師學(xué)習(xí)，獲得了不少的關(guān)于中學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀的信息和對(duì)于英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的知識(shí)技巧。學(xué)?？傌?fù)責(zé)人也為我安排了一位專門的指導(dǎo)教師——趙老師。在王老師的耐心指導(dǎo)下，我學(xué)會(huì)了如何寫備課筆記，如何活躍課堂氣氛，如何用簡(jiǎn)單的英語(yǔ)句子和同學(xué)們進(jìn)行課堂交流等等。特別是她和另幾名教師教我的小游戲，使我在課堂上很好地調(diào)動(dòng)了學(xué)生的積極性，令我受益匪淺!

　　2今天新來(lái)了倆個(gè)同事，都是漳州師院的。她們都比我一個(gè)大二，一個(gè)大三，但是她們看起來(lái)挺干練的，一問(wèn)才知道她們從大一起就在周末兼職了，因?yàn)榧依锝?jīng)濟(jì)壓力比較大的原因她們從大一起就自己解決生活費(fèi)了，一個(gè)女生告訴我大一的時(shí)候她每個(gè)周末會(huì)騎兩個(gè)小時(shí)的自行車到一個(gè)小學(xué)生家里當(dāng)家教，上課的時(shí)間也是兩小時(shí)來(lái)來(lái)回回的感覺(jué)一天都在忙碌雖然錢不多一個(gè)小時(shí)20元但是很充實(shí)。她面帶微笑的給我描述那些但是還是想我想到了很多，想想在大學(xué)的時(shí)候有多少學(xué)生在學(xué)校攀比揮霍，他們可曾想過(guò)窮人家的孩子為了區(qū)區(qū)40元要如何去努力呢。包括今天新來(lái)的兩個(gè)同事，住在一起的老師一共9個(gè)，有教數(shù)學(xué)，化學(xué)，物理和英語(yǔ)的。雖然中學(xué)的時(shí)候我的物理還是不錯(cuò)的，但是我還是選擇了自己的專業(yè)英語(yǔ)。學(xué)友負(fù)責(zé)人是個(gè)挺帥的男老師，他姓卓他自己是教化學(xué)的是化學(xué)組的組長(zhǎng)。他給每個(gè)老師分配了一下各自的教學(xué)任務(wù)額課件。我是英語(yǔ)教研組的組長(zhǎng)助理也許是因?yàn)槲沂谴笏牡膶W(xué)生吧就把這個(gè)職位分配給我了，不知道能不能做得很好但是我會(huì)盡力的，既然來(lái)了就要做好。她還給老師沒(méi)人發(fā)了兩套工作服和工作牌挺職業(yè)的感覺(jué)。整理好自己的東西我就進(jìn)了房間，還好有空調(diào)不熱，美美地睡一覺(jué)明天好好工作。相信自己能行的。

　　3今天早上我們一早起來(lái)就唱了學(xué)友教育的主題歌《我相信》感覺(jué)充滿了斗志，接著我們看了一集《贏在中國(guó)》感受頗深，這是在學(xué)校的時(shí)候從來(lái)沒(méi)有去關(guān)注過(guò)的東西。下午我們沿街發(fā)學(xué)友教育的傳單，要每個(gè)店面一家一家的發(fā)過(guò)去每人發(fā)300張，發(fā)的過(guò)程中你要去給每家店主介紹學(xué)友教育，還要收集20條建議，發(fā)傳單不難一家一家的介紹過(guò)去才是最難的。因?yàn)橐郧昂苌僦鲃?dòng)和陌生人說(shuō)話現(xiàn)在一說(shuō)還要說(shuō)那么多，剛開(kāi)始進(jìn)到店里的時(shí)候還好店主沒(méi)有對(duì)我表示反感，耐心地聽(tīng)我介紹了學(xué)友教育可能是因?yàn)樗灿行『⒃谥袑W(xué)讀書吧。聊著聊著的時(shí)候店主還給我倒了杯水。進(jìn)入下一家店的時(shí)候是一家服裝店，里面很都客人我給店主和客人都發(fā)了傳單，但是店主好像不歡迎我的樣子，說(shuō)她們不需要這些，我突然意識(shí)到可能是我影響了人家的生意了換位思考要是我是店主我也不希望我在做生意的時(shí)候被別人影響的。接著我就學(xué)聰明了看到店里沒(méi)人的時(shí)候我才進(jìn)去。和店主們談了很多他們也給了我們很多很好的建議，比如暑假期間能不能解決孩子食宿問(wèn)題啊，小班教學(xué)人數(shù)能不能再少點(diǎn)這樣老師就能顧及班上每一個(gè)同學(xué)了等等。我都記錄好了回去可以總結(jié)下反饋給負(fù)責(zé)人。300份總算發(fā)完了，好像完成了個(gè)巨大的工程。晚上老總請(qǐng)我們吃了海鮮大餐還不錯(cuò)哦。

　　4卓老師給我們說(shuō)前幾天的培訓(xùn)重點(diǎn)還是放在備課上，備課一定得充分，只要能調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性，上課效果就好。上課內(nèi)容要豐富，現(xiàn)實(shí)，教態(tài)要自然，講課要生動(dòng)，難易適中照顧全部，就自然能夠吸引住學(xué)生。學(xué)友有一對(duì)一的學(xué)生還有小班的學(xué)生，所以在備課的時(shí)候我格外關(guān)注細(xì)節(jié)，作為老師每天都要有充足的精神，讓學(xué)生感受到一種自然氣氛。我們都知道英語(yǔ)是一門外語(yǔ)，對(duì)初學(xué)者而言，既生疏又困難，在這樣一種大環(huán)境之下，要教好英語(yǔ)，就要讓學(xué)生喜愛(ài)英語(yǔ)，讓他們對(duì)英語(yǔ)產(chǎn)生興趣。否則學(xué)生對(duì)這門學(xué)科產(chǎn)生畏難情緒，不愿學(xué)也無(wú)法學(xué)下去。教案也是教學(xué)前的重頭戲，以前從來(lái)沒(méi)有備過(guò)，為了做出實(shí)用的教案，我專門在網(wǎng)上查找了相關(guān)的資料。為了第一節(jié)課的教案，我接連奮斗了兩個(gè)晚上,總算搗鼓出一篇像樣的教案。雖算不上精品,但至少在上講臺(tái)前要有充足的準(zhǔn)備。教學(xué)中，備課是一個(gè)必不可少，十分重要的環(huán)節(jié)，備學(xué)生，又要備教法。備課不充分或者備得不好，會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響課堂氣氛和積極性，曾有一位前輩對(duì)我說(shuō)：“備課備不好，倒不如不上課，否則就是白費(fèi)心機(jī)?！蔽颐靼椎絺湔n的重要性，因此，每天我都花費(fèi)大量的時(shí)間在備課之上，認(rèn)認(rèn)真真鉆研教材和教法，不滿意就不收工。雖然辛苦，但事實(shí)證明是值得的。一堂準(zhǔn)備充分的課，會(huì)令學(xué)生和老師都獲益不淺。

　　我的父親很胖，他是一名公務(wù)員，他工作很努力父親是很搞笑的，把我的家庭很幸福。我確實(shí)非常高興。

　　我的媽媽很瘦，她是公務(wù)員，太。她是個(gè)好廚師，她的廚師。她很安靜，她喜歡看書和游泳。

　　我在一個(gè)小女孩的家庭，也許我會(huì)成為作家。我喜歡漢堡包，薯?xiàng)l，書籍，游泳。

　　It's New Year's Day today. This morning when I got up, I heardsomebody singing a love song. It was mum! Ifelt very strange because Iknew mum didn't enjoy popular songs. And I didn't think it was suitable formy middle-aged mother to sing any love songs. What's more, dad wasfollowing what mum was singing. “What had happened to them?” Then Inoticed a box with a small card on the table. I got close to it carefully andunderstood then. As a matter of fact, it was their 15th marriage anniversarytoday. That's why they were so happy. When seeing their happiness, I alsofelt happy.

　　1月1日 星期二 晴

　　今天是元旦節(jié)。早上起床時(shí)，我聽(tīng)到有人在唱愛(ài)情歌曲。是媽媽!我感到很奇怪，因?yàn)槲抑缷寢尣幌矚g流行歌曲，而且我覺(jué)得已經(jīng)中年的媽媽已不適合唱愛(ài) 情歌曲。更奇怪的是，爸爸也隨著媽媽的歌聲唱起來(lái)了?！八麄?cè)趺戳?”后來(lái)我注意到了桌子上有一個(gè)盒子，盒子上系著一張小卡片。我小心地靠近它，直到這時(shí) 才明白。原來(lái)今天是他們結(jié)婚15周年紀(jì)念日。這就是為什么他們?nèi)绱丝鞓?lè)的原因?？吹剿麄冃腋５臉幼樱乙哺械胶芸鞓?lè)。

　　旅游日記(Travelling Diary)

　　It was already late when we set out for the next town, fifteen miles away on the other side of the hills. It got dark soon; we drove fast along the narrow winding road that led to the hills. We couldn't identify any sign of the town marked on the map. Suddenly the car stopped. We had run out of petrol. Therefore, although we had little food with us, we decided to spend the night in the car.

　　Our meal finished very soon. I went to sleep at once. But my companion Bill who was a poor sleeper went for a walk up the hills. From the top of the hill he saw the lights of the town we were looking for. We unloaded all our luggage and pushed the car to the top of the hill at once. Then we went back to the luggage, loaded the car again and set off down the hill. We reached the town less than a quarter, and found a hotel quite easily.

　　How an exhausting day!

　　在我們動(dòng)身前往下一個(gè)鎮(zhèn)的時(shí)候已經(jīng)很晚了，那個(gè)鎮(zhèn)在山的另一邊離我們十五英里遠(yuǎn)。天黑得很快;我們沿著狹窄曲折的道路往山上的方向把車開(kāi)得飛快。我們?cè)诘?圖上找不到去那個(gè)鎮(zhèn)的任何標(biāo)志。汽車突然停了下來(lái)。我們的汽油用完了。所以，雖然我們只有一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)食物，我們還是決定在車?yán)镞^(guò)夜。

　　我們的晚餐很快就吃完了。我馬上去睡覺(jué)。但我的同伴比爾睡眠質(zhì)量不太好所以他就到山上去散步。從山頂上他看到我們正在尋找的鎮(zhèn)的燈光。我們馬上卸下我們所 有的行李，把車推到山頂。然后我們回去拿行李，把它裝到車上之后就下山了。不到一刻鐘我們就到達(dá)鎮(zhèn)了，并且很快就找到一個(gè)酒店。

　　多么疲憊的一天啊!

　　It was a fine day today and the sun was bright. I visited Beijing Zoo with my classmate, He Song. The animals were so interesting that all the people loved them. When a bear asked for some food by waving its ann, a visitor threw something to it. At once I went up to him and said without thinking, “Don't do that. It's bad for it. If you really love them, take good care of them.” His face turned red and answered he wouldn't do that again.

　　今天是個(gè)風(fēng)和日麗的好天，我和同學(xué)賀松去了北京動(dòng)物園。動(dòng)物們是那么可愛(ài)，大家都非常喜歡它們。一只熊揮動(dòng)著胳膊向人們要吃的，一個(gè)游客就投進(jìn)去了 什么東西。我想都沒(méi)想就走過(guò)去說(shuō)：“不要那樣做。你的做法對(duì)它們沒(méi)好處。如果真的喜歡它們，就應(yīng)該愛(ài)護(hù)它們?！彼哪樇t了，并且回答說(shuō)他不會(huì)再那么做了。

　　Now I am on the train to Guilin。 The views are beautiful and I feel happy。 Mother told me there is only one day to go to arrive in Guilin。 We bought a lot of stuffs and they are heavy。 So I took some bags from mother。 She said I am growing up and I smiled happily。

　　今天是我實(shí)習(xí)的最后一天。因?yàn)檎n程安排在上午一、二兩節(jié)，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下著小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀！快六點(diǎn)了，再不起來(lái)就會(huì)遲到了，可是由于昨晚備課到很晚加上心里一直惦記著今天要起早。所以整夜沒(méi)睡好，夜里醒了好幾次，真不想起床啊......

　　然而想到那些學(xué)生們，我自問(wèn)“我有理由遲到嗎？”最后我終于沒(méi)有給我的實(shí)習(xí)留下什么遺憾，事后我卻想了許多，也明白了由立志到實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)非常關(guān)鍵的一點(diǎn)就在于堅(jiān)持。堅(jiān)持對(duì)于我們來(lái)說(shuō)都是再熟悉不過(guò)的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人卻鳳毛麟角，堅(jiān)持需要毅力，需要對(duì)目標(biāo)價(jià)值的深切期望和正確估價(jià)，有時(shí)甚至需要人格力量來(lái)支撐。

　　事情的成功有時(shí)往往便在于我們能否堅(jiān)持那關(guān)鍵的一步，走過(guò)去，前面就可能是另一番海闊天空，而習(xí)慣了堅(jiān)持，久而久之，這一信念范疇的東西便會(huì)逐漸地融入我們的個(gè)性之中，成為一種素養(yǎng)，一種道德，現(xiàn)在的我們馬上面臨畢業(yè)，就要踏入社會(huì)了，或許一些人會(huì)認(rèn)為到了現(xiàn)在我們可以不再努力，畢業(yè)后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果這樣的話，那么我們就永遠(yuǎn)失去了成就某種事業(yè)的機(jī)會(huì)。事實(shí)上作為師范專業(yè)的學(xué)生，我們更應(yīng)該樹(shù)立正確的勞動(dòng)觀念和道德意識(shí)。為人師表，認(rèn)真而嚴(yán)肅的從事自己所熱愛(ài)的事業(yè)，愉快而充實(shí)的度過(guò)我們平凡的一生。

　　今天，我們第一次上英語(yǔ)課，給我們上課的老師是個(gè)女老師，姓李，李老師讓我們叫她Miss Li ，我們覺(jué)得很有趣。

　　首先，我們打開(kāi)課本，老師教了我們五個(gè)單詞，分別是：橡皮eraser 、鉛筆pencil 、鋼筆pen 、蠟筆crayon 、尺子ruler 。老師教得非?？?，同學(xué)們都快跟不上來(lái)了！幸好這些單詞我暑假里學(xué)過(guò)，所以很快就記住了。老師說(shuō)，英語(yǔ)跟語(yǔ)文數(shù)學(xué)一樣重要，每過(guò)一個(gè)單元都要考試，而且也有期中考試和期末考試呢！

　　We have been in Zhejiang University for 3 days. Though we still need to have classes, we feel relaxed and the life here is quite different from my precious school life.

　　When we are at school, we are always busy reading and writing, but now we mainly need to speak, speak loudly and well, with self-confidence. Maybe it’s a chance for me to learn English ina different way.

　　For the first time, I was told that I can ask the teacher a queation. I was very nervous. But now I never feel nervious because I know I must take any chances to speak English. It’s important for learning English well. Just speak, you can speak very well. I always tell myself like that.
