三、活動內(nèi)容
1. 考察日本、韓國具有代表性的橋梁。 2. 與日本長大公司等相關(guān)橋梁企業(yè)進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)交流。 3. 參加分會討論。 (具體安排和行程表詳見行前通知) 4.與日本東京灣臨海大橋設(shè)計(jì)與施工單位進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場交流。
四、參加人員：
各省(市、自治區(qū))及地方公路、鐵路、城建、市政等系統(tǒng)的橋梁科研單位、設(shè)計(jì)單位、施工單位、監(jiān)理公司、養(yǎng)護(hù)公司、質(zhì)量監(jiān)督站等單位的高層管 理人員及工程技術(shù)人員;土木類院校相關(guān)專業(yè)的教育工作者。
五、具體出境安排
1.出境時(shí)間：擬于 20xx 年 4 月初 2.考察地點(diǎn)：日本、韓國 3.擬考察時(shí)間：10 天
六、報(bào)名方式
秘書處將于統(tǒng)一時(shí)間內(nèi)辦理出境考察的相關(guān)手續(xù)， 因兩國簽證辦理所需流 程復(fù)雜，如果確定參加考察，請盡快與秘書處電話聯(lián)系報(bào)名，填寫報(bào)名人員的 考察情況表并郵件回復(fù)，于 20xx 年 3 月 5 日之前將其余另行通知的報(bào)名所需 資料準(zhǔn)備齊全，郵寄給秘書處統(tǒng)一送簽。
