　　XX年即將過去，一年來，在保安公司和各級(jí)教育部門的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，我和其他同事一道在校園保安工作的崗位上，以維護(hù)校園正常教學(xué)秩序，保障校園師生安全為己任，以一個(gè)合格稱職的保安人員的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)嚴(yán)格要求自己，勤勤懇懇，認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，確保了所在的張家莊小學(xué)全年校園秩序的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定，圓滿完成了各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的安排的工作任務(wù)。

　　具體工作主要體現(xiàn)在以下幾個(gè)方面。

　　一、提高思想認(rèn)識(shí)

　　端正工作態(tài)度學(xué)校是興學(xué)育人、培養(yǎng)祖國未來人才的基地，從身著保安服，參加校園保安的那一刻起，就深知自己肩負(fù)著守護(hù)校園安保的職責(zé)，因此，思想上有了責(zé)任感和榮譽(yù)感，工作有動(dòng)力和方向。

　　作為保安公司的派駐學(xué)校的保安人員，雖然遠(yuǎn)離保安公司單位，但時(shí)刻牢記保安公司賦予自己的責(zé)任，牢固樹立起為校園安保服務(wù)的意識(shí)在完成保安工作中的具體要求和任務(wù)，并與學(xué)校簽訂了責(zé)任書，努力做到公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)放心，學(xué)校領(lǐng)到滿意，校園秩序穩(wěn)定。

　　三、認(rèn)真完成安保任務(wù)、落實(shí)具體工作

　　1、自覺遵守紀(jì)律，做到不遲到不脫崗，上崗時(shí)著裝嚴(yán)整，舉止文明、自覺樹立保安人員的良好形象。

　　2、小學(xué)在前半年間，由于中學(xué)的修建，中小學(xué)合并到了一起，在后半年間，礦區(qū)的學(xué)校又合并到了這里，這些情況都為校園的保安工作增加了工作量，接送車輛的人員的增加，學(xué)校學(xué)生容量增大等等一系列的問題相應(yīng)而來。為解決這些涉及校園安保工作的問題，嚴(yán)把學(xué)校校門的出入關(guān)，違規(guī)的人員和車輛決不放入。發(fā)現(xiàn)有違規(guī)的黑校車或超員私家車，立即制止，并及時(shí)報(bào)告學(xué)校，采取措施，為校園門外接送車輛規(guī)定停車區(qū)域和接送線路，在校園門口設(shè)立警戒區(qū)域和隔離彩帶。
