　　首先感謝諸位平時(shí)給予我工作上的支持和緊密的配合。開學(xué)在近一個(gè)月的時(shí)間里，孩子們?cè)鷮?shí)地學(xué)習(xí)新課，比較認(rèn)真地做作業(yè)，課堂氣氛熱烈，大部分同學(xué)認(rèn)真聽講按時(shí)交作業(yè)，雖然有時(shí)也會(huì)存在馬虎偷懶的現(xiàn)象，但是他們已經(jīng)進(jìn)步很大了!

　　幾點(diǎn)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的幾點(diǎn)心得：

　　1，孩子的教育應(yīng)該是整體的教育。

　　課上功夫在課外。孩子對(duì)知識(shí)的理解、吸收和運(yùn)用卻取決于她自己的綜合能力和習(xí)慣。而這個(gè)能力和習(xí)慣一是受制于天賦，二是由后天的養(yǎng)成所決定。學(xué)習(xí)效果不好往往是跟能力的培養(yǎng)和習(xí)慣是否好有關(guān)，而不能簡(jiǎn)單地怪孩子懶惰貪玩。找出背后的原因，細(xì)致地分析，把對(duì)孩子的培養(yǎng)滲透到生活的每一方面。生活和課堂是相通的。比如說：作業(yè)的問題可能出自行為習(xí)慣上，如果一個(gè)孩子在生活上就是飯來張口、衣來伸手，那么做作業(yè)的時(shí)候馬虎了事就是意料之中的了。所以，要從生活的點(diǎn)滴中來正確引導(dǎo)孩子，在生活各方面勤快、懂事的孩子，在學(xué)習(xí)上也會(huì)勤奮自覺。

　　2，知識(shí)要轉(zhuǎn)化為能力。

　　所謂素質(zhì)教育是其實(shí)是能力的教育，英語(yǔ)是第二語(yǔ)言，學(xué)習(xí)的時(shí) 候容易脫離實(shí)際而變得枯燥，也容易出現(xiàn)考試好但實(shí)際運(yùn)用差的情況。為了避免這種問題，在英語(yǔ)課上，我本著以學(xué)生為主體的原則，創(chuàng)造性地傳授知識(shí)，培養(yǎng)孩子獨(dú)立思考的習(xí)慣以及實(shí)際運(yùn) 用語(yǔ)言的能力。上課時(shí)我盡量用全英語(yǔ)教學(xué)，主要用啟發(fā)式而不是傳統(tǒng)的翻譯式來使得學(xué)生理解詞語(yǔ)和句子的意思。對(duì)于抽象的詞和語(yǔ)法，我也會(huì)用中文進(jìn)行解釋。我在課堂上盡量創(chuàng)設(shè)與生活貼近的情境，采用多種的形式和游戲來創(chuàng)造機(jī)會(huì)給學(xué)生練習(xí)，再加上用兩人或小組討論、操練的形式來進(jìn)行復(fù)習(xí)和鞏固，使孩子們覺得上英語(yǔ)課就像在做游戲一樣，和生活很貼近，繞有趣味。

　　3，掌握科學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)方法：在坐各位都是事業(yè)上的成功者，很多也曾是學(xué)習(xí)高手，把你們的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教給孩子，與他們一起探索適合他自己的學(xué)習(xí)方法。

　　比如預(yù)習(xí)新課的時(shí)候不要告訴孩子她看不明白的地方，這樣她在第二天上課的時(shí)候就會(huì)專心地聽，自己來找答案，豁然開朗?？偟膩碚f，學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)就是持之以恒、興趣為先，在有興趣的基礎(chǔ)上，多讀、多記，像學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)文一樣擴(kuò)大課外閱讀量。英語(yǔ)課本是局限的，而課外的閱讀是非常廣泛而生動(dòng)有趣的。

　　4，嚴(yán)格要求孩子要訂正作業(yè)，錯(cuò)的單詞每個(gè)抄三遍，錯(cuò)題要用顯眼顏色的筆標(biāo)出來，并且懂得為什么錯(cuò)，便于復(fù)習(xí)。一年級(jí)的學(xué)生認(rèn)知水平有限，自我領(lǐng)悟和獨(dú)立學(xué)習(xí)的能力有待進(jìn)一步形成，這一階段他們的學(xué)習(xí)更需要家長(zhǎng)的關(guān)心和督促，所以希望家長(zhǎng)們堅(jiān) 持每天檢查作業(yè)完成情況，適時(shí)鼓勵(lì)或鞭策，并在作業(yè)上簽字。感謝你們的配合和關(guān)注!
