首先感謝諸位平時給予我工作上的支持和緊密的配合。開學(xué)在近一個月的時間里，孩子們扎實地學(xué)習(xí)新課，比較認真地做作業(yè)，課堂氣氛熱烈，大部分同學(xué)認真聽講按時交作業(yè)，雖然有時也會存在馬虎偷懶的現(xiàn)象，但是他們已經(jīng)進步很大了!
幾點英語教學(xué)的幾點心得：
1，孩子的教育應(yīng)該是整體的教育。
課上功夫在課外。孩子對知識的 理解、吸收和運用卻取決于她自己的綜合能力和習(xí)慣。而這個能 力和習(xí)慣一是受制于天賦，二是由后天的養(yǎng)成所決定。學(xué)習(xí)效果 不好往往是跟能力的培養(yǎng)和習(xí)慣是否好有關(guān)，而不能簡單地怪孩 子懶惰貪玩。找出背后的原因，細致地分析，把對孩子的培養(yǎng)滲 透到生活的每一方面。生活和課堂是相通的。比如說：作業(yè)的問 題可能出自行為習(xí)慣上，如果一個孩子在生活上就是飯來張口、 衣來伸手，那么做作業(yè)的時候馬虎了事就是意料之中的了。所以， 要從生活的點滴中來正確引導(dǎo)孩子，在生活各方面勤快、懂事的 孩子，在學(xué)習(xí)上也會勤奮自覺。
2，知識要轉(zhuǎn)化為能力。
所謂素質(zhì)教育是其實是能力的教育，英語是第二語言，學(xué)習(xí)的時 候容易脫離實際而變得枯燥，也容易出現(xiàn)考試好但實際運用差的 情況。為了避免這種問題，在英語課上，我本著以學(xué)生為主體的 原則，創(chuàng)造性地傳授知識，培養(yǎng)孩子獨立思考的習(xí)慣以及實際運 用語言的能力。上課時我盡量用全英語教學(xué)，主要用啟發(fā)式而不 是傳統(tǒng)的翻譯式來使得學(xué)生理解詞語和句子的意思。對于抽象的 詞和語法，我也會用中文進行解釋。我在課堂上盡量創(chuàng)設(shè)與生活 貼近的情境，采用多種的形式和游戲來創(chuàng)造機會給學(xué)生練習(xí)，再 加上用兩人或小組討論、操練的形式來進行復(fù)習(xí)和鞏固，使孩子 們覺得上英語課就像在做游戲一樣，和生活很貼近，繞有趣味。
3，掌握科學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)方法：在坐各位都是事業(yè)上的成功者，很多也曾 是學(xué)習(xí)高手，把你們的經(jīng)驗教給孩子，與他們一起探索適合他自 己的學(xué)習(xí)方法。
比如預(yù)習(xí)新課的時候不要告訴孩子她看不明白的 地方，這樣她在第二天上課的時候就會專心地聽，自己來找答案， 豁然開朗?？偟膩碚f，學(xué)習(xí)英語就是持之以恒、興趣為先，在有 興趣的基礎(chǔ)上，多讀、多記，像學(xué)習(xí)語文一樣擴大課外閱讀量。 英語課本是局限的，而課外的閱讀是非常廣泛而生動有趣的。
4，嚴格要求孩子要訂正作業(yè)，錯的單詞每個抄三遍，錯題要用顯眼 顏色的筆標(biāo)出來，并且懂得為什么錯，便于復(fù)習(xí)。一年級的學(xué)生 認知水平有限，自我領(lǐng)悟和獨立學(xué)習(xí)的能力有待進一步形成，這 一階段他們的學(xué)習(xí)更需要家長的關(guān)心和督促，所以希望家長們堅 持每天檢查作業(yè)完成情況，適時鼓勵或鞭策，并在作業(yè)上簽字。 感謝你們的配合和關(guān)注!
