我們常說從頭做起，創(chuàng)業(yè)也是。但我們還得明白從頭做起的另外一層含義，那就是從我們的頭腦里就得開始明確自己該去做什么，該走哪條路。就好像我今天，之所以毅然選擇來這里演講，不僅是因為我發(fā)現(xiàn)我漸漸愛上了演講，更多的是想突破演講這個點，至少我能在許多年后，對我的孩子說，你老爸曾經(jīng)在那美麗的大學里演講過。如果我今天不來，而是選擇去在題海中溺水而亡，那么我對演講的愛最終只能成為單相思。

首先跟大家分享一個成功的例子吧。一個關于中國阿里巴巴集團董事局主席兼雅虎中國董事長，中國IT界教父級人物馬云先生的事跡。在95年偶然的一次機會馬云去到了美國，然后發(fā)現(xiàn)了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)。所以回來以后叫了24個他的朋友到家里，大家坐在一起，說他準備從大學里辭職，要做一個互聯(lián)網(wǎng)。兩個小時以后大家投票表決，二十三個人反對，一個人支持，因為大家覺得這個東西肯定不靠譜。別去做那個，說他電腦也不懂，而且根本不存在這么個網(wǎng)絡。但是經(jīng)過一個晚上的思考，第二天早上他決定，還是辭職，去實現(xiàn)我自己的夢想。在創(chuàng)業(yè)之初，大都不相信馬云，甚至說他是個騙子。當時不太有人相信互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，也不覺得有這么個互聯(lián)網(wǎng)會對人類有這么大的貢獻。但是馬云堅信互聯(lián)網(wǎng)將改變?nèi)祟惿畹姆椒矫婷?。因為當時根本沒人會相信馬云說的話。于是，他就說，比爾蓋茲說互聯(lián)網(wǎng)將改變?nèi)祟惿畹姆椒矫婷?。?jīng)過五六年的打拼，馬云終于締造出了龐大的阿里帝國并成為了無數(shù)創(chuàng)業(yè)者的偶像和模范。
聽過這個故事以后我認為作為一名創(chuàng)業(yè)者，首先要給自己一個夢想。很多的年輕人是晚上想想走這路，早上起來走原路，晚上睡覺之前說明天我將干這個事，第二天早上仍舊走自己原來的路線。如果你不去采取行動，不給夢想一個實踐的機會，那么，我確定你連機會都沒有，成功就別提了。有了一個理想之后，最重要是給自己一個承諾，承諾要把這件事做好。
很多創(chuàng)業(yè)者都害怕這個條件不夠，那個條件也沒有，該怎么辦。依我說創(chuàng)業(yè)者最重要的是創(chuàng)造條件。只有自己創(chuàng)造出來的條件才是屬于你的。如果是機會都成熟的話，一定輪不到我們。所以呢，一般大家都覺得這是個好機會，大家覺得機會成熟的時候，我認為往往不是我們的機會。
你要堅信這事情能夠做起來的時候，給自己一個承諾說，我準備干5年，干，20年把它干出來。我相信你這條路會走得很久。
另外，創(chuàng)業(yè)者的激情很重要，但是短暫的激情是沒有用的，長久的激情才是有用的。在創(chuàng)業(yè)幾年后你要問自己，你的創(chuàng)業(yè)激情是不是還是跟第一天一樣，跟跟初戀一樣富有激情。一個人的激情也沒有用，很多人的激情非常有用。如果你自己很激情，但是你的團隊沒有激情，那一點用都沒有，怎么讓你的團隊跟你一樣充滿激情面對未來面對挑戰(zhàn)，是極其關鍵的事情。
最后，當沒有條件的時候創(chuàng)造條件，只要你有夢想，有良好的團隊，堅定的執(zhí)行，你是能夠走到成功的彼岸。
馬云先生說過這么一句話，今天很殘酷，明天更殘酷，后天很美好，但大多數(shù)人死在明天晚上，看不到后天的太陽。
所以呢，我們必須要努力去面對，去經(jīng)營好我們的今天。
