Therefore ,no issue is as critical to individual and national survival and prosperity as reform in state-owned companies.
Accordingly , it is vital for us to derive some positive meanings from this thought-provoking picture. On one hand, the government should make law to perfect irrational rules and regulations being visible in reform process.
